Preparation for such a ritual involved a host of rituals. It should not be forgotten that in order to avoid the pyramid and its influence (the powerful field) having a negative effect on the pharaoh's psychological and physical make-up, his organism had to be prepared appropriately. Appropriate diets were followed and pharaohs and priests regularly used cylinders with quartz fillings and a number of other elements that improved the energy and immune systems.
